Semiconductor and electronics manufacturing share the same fundamental challenge, the tolerance for error is near zero, the cost of a defect compounds with every step it travels unchecked, and the equipment floor spans multiple generations of technology that were never designed to talk to each other. We work across that entire landscape. In semiconductor manufacturing, from wafer fab to final test, adding machine learning capability to existing inspection tools to recover good dies, deploying autonomous operator platforms on legacy equipment, and building customised vision systems for applications that standard tools weren't designed for. In electronics, from display panel inspection and PCB alignment through component placement verification and final cosmetic checks, slotting into existing SMT and assembly infrastructure without a line rebuild. Across both, our process monitoring watches the line continuously, either tracking quality production, placement accuracy, packing process verification, or when any equipment or process begins to drift before it crosses a threshold and generates a scrap event, a yield excursion, or a substandard implementation.
