Tokyo, Japan – 22nd to 24th January 2025 – At NEPCON Japan 2025, one of the world’s leading electronics and manufacturing exhibitions with over 85,000 attendees, Emage Group, under Nanyo's booth -- its strategic partner, showcased its technological innovations aimed at smart and future factory solutions. With a spacious exhibit area, Emage delivered an immersive display of its latest AI-powered robotics and automation technologies, demonstrating how intelligent automation is reshaping the future of manufacturing and logistics.
E-Box & Multi-Z: Smart Factory Integration
Beyond robotics, Emage highlighted its E-Box and Multi-Z technologies, designed to optimize semiconductor and electronics manufacturing. E-box provide automated soft jam recovery, yield monitoring, and seamless factory integration, ensuring maximum uptime and operational efficiency. Multi-Z is a state of the art AOI capable of measuring not only x,y but also the "z", hence, identifying troublesome fine-line defects in wire bonds is possible.
