Emage Vision Brings Physical AI to the Singapore Pavilion at SEMICON West 2026

San Francisco · 13 to 15 October 2026. Emage Vision exhibited at SEMICON West 2026 at the Moscone Center, North America's largest gathering for the microelectronics supply chain. We exhibited in the Singapore Pavilion, organised by the Singapore Precision Engineering and Technology Association (SPETA) and supported by Enterprise Singapore, alongside a group of Singapore technology companies. Showing up together gave visitors a single place to see what the Singapore ecosystem can do across the semiconductor value chain.

Meeting the show where it is

This year's conversations kept returning to the same few things: AI on the factory floor, advanced packaging, smart manufacturing and a workforce stretched thin. Those are the problems our stack was built for.
Advanced packaging has made post-wire bond inspection much harder, which is where AOIz and its patented Multi Z depth imaging come in. AI-Box takes a second look at every reject so existing machines produce less overkill. DIME watches the live process for anomalies, safety risks and drift before defects appear. TomO carries decisions into the physical world, taking on work that is difficult to staff.

Ebox, running live

The one piece we brought to run live was Ebox. It reads a machine's screen with OCR, then performs the same key sequences and mouse movements an operator would, with no software handshaking protocol needed. Visitors watched a simulated demo live. Where Ebox takes on a single machine, Emon takes on the floor, monitoring connected tools from one dashboard and handling recipe management and yield monitoring across the line.

AOIz, AI-Box, DIME and TomO were featured alongside it, through video, brochures and the team ready to respond to questions. DIME extends the same idea to the process itself, using streaming AI to verify each step, catch anomalies as they form and flag drift before it becomes a defect. TomO drew questions towards Physical AI. What ties all of it together is the approach: our systems go onto the equipment manufacturers already run, without disrupting the workflows built around them.
